Travel CT/Rad Tech – Cardiac Cath Lab in Anchorage, AK. 13-week travel assignment at a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma Center (US News & World Report Best Hospital in Alaska). Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,390 - $2,560 (competitive travel allied health pay)
- Location: Anchorage, AK 99508 — Anchorage cardiac cath lab jobs / Alaska travel CT tech
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 3, 2026)
- Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (07:00 – 17:30)
- On-Call: 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend (Cath Lab / EP on-call rotation)
- Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology (IR), Electrophysiology (EP)

Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Cath Lab Technologist / CT Technologist in Cardiac Cath Lab, IR, EP, Vascular, and Neuro procedures
- Valid ARRT (R) or RCIS certification required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Hands-on EP, IR, vascular monitoring, and neurointervention experience required
- Ability to float within scope to Interventional Radiology and Electrophysiology as needed
- Must reside at least 50 miles from facility (no local candidates accepted)
- References: Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- Epic charting experience preferred (Epic clinical documentation)
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, STEMI response, IABP, Impella, TandemHeart and structural heart procedures (PFO closure, TAVR, MitraClip)
- Assist and scrub for interventional radiology procedures: central/peripheral lines, drains, embolizations, extremity interventions, fistula interventions, visceral angiography/intervention, and stroke thrombectomy
- Support neurointervention cases and cardiac rhythm management (CRM) device implants
- Monitor patients intra- and post-procedure; provide accurate, timely documentation in Epic
- Participate in on-call rotation, float to IR/EP units, and maintain competency across cath lab technologies
- Maintain sterile field, adhere to infection control and procedural safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and positive patient outcomes
