Visionary Eye Surgery is seeking a talented, charismatic ophthalmic surgeon who wants to help grow a practice and a brand in Plano, Texas (suburb of Dallas, Texas)

Our practice offers LASIK, SMILE, PRK, EVO ICL, Custom Lens Replacement, and premium cataract surgery. This is an opportunity to contribute across the full spectrum of vision correction and help shape what Visionary Eye becomes.

Patient education videos and social content are part of the role. We want a surgeon who can explain vision correction clearly and help build trust inside the clinic and beyond it.

Our philosophy is simple: Educate, don't sell. We value thoughtful patient care, clear communication, accountability, and collaboration.

Requirements

Strong ophthalmic surgical skills, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to thoughtful patient care.
Refractive surgery training or substantial experience strongly preferred.
Charismatic communication and the ability to connect naturally with patients.
Comfort on camera and willingness to participate in patient education videos and social content.
Ambition to help grow Visionary Eye's practice and brand while contributing to a collaborative team.
