Orthopedic Hand Surgeon | Tyler, TX | 1-Year Partnership
Join a physician-owned orthopedic group in Tyler, Texas, as a senior physician transitions out over the next couple of years.
Position Highlights
- Existing hand and upper extremity panel with pent-up demand and immediate access to cases
- Established referral patterns and strong regional presence
- Clinic and OR infrastructure supporting high procedural volume
- Optional opportunity to expand through nearby satellite clinics
- Autonomy to shape your case mix as you ramp
Schedule & Call
- Approximately 2.5 clinic days and 2.5 surgery days per week
- Trauma call opportunities available as senior partners reduce coverage
- Highly compensated hand trauma call
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary plus collections
- Incentives include a fellowship stipend plus relocation support
- Accelerated one-year partnership buy-in
- Additional ancillary and investment income streams available to partners
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship trained in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery
- Comfort stepping into a busy practice with strong procedural volume
- Interest in ownership and long-term private practice participation
