Position Highlights

• Existing hand and upper extremity panel with pent-up demand and immediate access to cases
• Established referral patterns and strong regional presence
• Clinic and OR infrastructure supporting high procedural volume
• Optional opportunity to expand through nearby satellite clinics
• Autonomy to shape your case mix as you ramp

Schedule & Call

• Approximately 2.5 clinic days and 2.5 surgery days per week
• Trauma call opportunities available as senior partners reduce coverage
• Highly compensated hand trauma call

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary plus collections

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship trained in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery
• Comfort stepping into a busy practice with strong procedural volume
• Interest in ownership and long-term private practice participation
