Oral Surgeon – Full-Time or Flexible Schedule
ADS – Mayfair | Heartland Dental Supported Practice
Advanced Dental Services- Mayfair is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon to join our well-established, high-volume specialty practice as our current provider prepares for retirement. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a thriving referral network with strong regional support, experienced clinical teams, and immediate patient demand.

You’ll be joining a stable, experienced team, including:
Highly seasoned specialty dental assistants across OS and Endo
Type: Multi-specialty practice including (Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Periodontics)
Referral Network: Strong internal referrals from Heartland Dental–supported offices in the region, plus nearby general dentists actively seeking specialty support
Projected OS Volume: ~150 new oral surgery cases per month
The current oral surgery scope includes:
- Surgical and routine extractions
- Bone grafts and tissue regeneration
- Sinus lifts
- Dental implants
- Alveoloplasty
- Soft tissue and bony biopsies
- Frenectomies
- Treatment of fractured jaws
- Current anesthesia is local anesthetic with nitrous oxide/ IV sedation can be supported if desired, with: Traveling anesthesiologist available
Technology & Facilities
CBCT imaging
LANAP (Pulse) laser for periodontal procedures
9 total operatories with ceiling-mounted endo microscopes
3 plumbed for oral surgery
Additional operatories for consults and post-ops
Schedule & Support
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30/8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Optional Saturdays based on provider preference and practice need
Flexible scheduling considered (full-time or part-time)
Who We’re Looking For
DDS/DMD with completion of an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
Licensed or license-eligible in the state
Interest in stepping into an established, high-demand specialty practice
Requirements
Your responsibilities are as follows:
Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the oral and maxillofacial region
Perform surgical procedures including extractions, impacted third molars, dental implants, bone grafting, and other oral surgery treatments
Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring surgical intervention
Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and clinical documentation
Educate patients on procedures, treatment options and post-operative care
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
