OB/GYN Opportunity | $350k-$450k Earning Potential | 4-Day Workweek

Join a thriving, physician-led women's health program in Roseville, CA. We are currently seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible OB/GYN to join our collaborative 14-physician team. This role is designed for a surgeon who wants a high-volume, high-reward career without the burnout of traditional private practice.

The Practice

• Schedule: 4-day clinic workweek (8:00 am-4:00 pm).
• Call Rotation: 1:6 manageable call covering only our organization's patients.
  • Post-call day off ensured to protect your time.
  • Optional additional call available for physicians looking to maximize income.
• Surgical Excellence: Dedicated, consistent OR block time and access to the latest robotic platforms.
• Administrative Relief: Full support from experienced MAs and clinical staff, allowing you to focus on patients, not paperwork.

Compensation & Premier Benefits

• Aggressive Earning Potential: $350,000 - $450,000+ (Based on experience and productivity).

Candidate Requirements
