*Maintenance Technician – Join Our Team!*
We're looking for a reliable and skilled *Maintenance Technician* to help keep our residential facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and taking pride in keeping properties in top condition, we'd love to hear from you!
In this role, you'll perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple locations, including *Eau Claire, Fox Lake, and Beaver Dam*. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and able to respond to urgent maintenance needs, including *nights and weekends for emergencies*.
*What You'll Do:*
* Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting
* Complete preventative maintenance to ensure buildings and equipment remain in excellent condition
* Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls, including after-hours and weekends as needed
* Travel between facilities in the *Eau Claire, Fox Lake, and Beaver Dam* areas
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
* Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding repair needs and project updates
*What We're Looking For:*
* Experience in general building maintenance or a related trade
* Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple sites
* Flexibility to work *nights and weekends for emergency situations*
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations
* Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude
