Glaucoma Surgeon Opportunity – Southern California
We are seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained glaucoma surgeon to join our growing physician-led (non-PE) multispecialty ophthalmology practice in Southern California.

Our team includes specialists in retina, cornea, glaucoma, comprehensive ophthalmology supported by experienced technicians, scribes, surgery coordinators, and administrative staff. This position offers high surgical volume, strong referral networks, modern technology, and significant growth potential.

The Position
Full spectrum of comprehensive glaucoma care including SLT, LPI, trabeculectomy, tube shunts, and MIGS (iStent, KDB, and others)
Access to multiple ambulatory surgery centers with fast turnover and femtosecond cataract technology
Dedicated clinical and surgical teams
Leadership opportunities available
