Roles: Board-Eligible or Board-Certified General Surgeons and Plastic Surgeons
Goals Plastic Surgery is a rapidly expanding, multi-state cosmetic surgery organization offering clinical-only surgical roles. Surgeons focus exclusively on operating while all administrative, staffing, scheduling, marketing, and operational responsibilities are handled internally.
This is not a traditional hospital or private practice role.

Candidates must be Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in their specialty.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required
- MD or DO
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified
- Active U.S. medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Comfortable working in a high-volume cosmetic environment
- Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
Preferred
-Cosmetic or aesthetic procedure exposure
-Experience with liposuction and/or fat transfer (preferred, not required)
-Currently in private practice, hospital-employed roles, or locum work
-Seeking flexible or non-traditional clinical opportunities
Scope of Practice
-Plastic Surgeons
May perform cosmetic procedures aligned with their credentials and experience.
- General Surgeons
Limited to minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, including liposuction and fat transfer, under established clinical protocols.
Role Structure & Positioning
This is a purely clinical role.
- Patients are fully booked and pre-screened
- No administrative or practice-management responsibilities
- Flexible engagement options based on availability
- Position as: “You come in, operate, and leave. We handle everything else.”
- Please do not lead with compensation figures unless instructed.
