Interventional Pain Management Opportunity in Little Rock, AR
An established physician-led interventional pain practice in Little Rock is looking for a Pain Management physician to join a high-volume outpatient team with a strong referral base and dedicated procedural support. The practice offers flexibility around a four- or five-day schedule, no call, and the ability to develop your own procedural mix, with an opportunity for ASC ownership after two years.
Practice Overview
You'll join an established interventional pain team with 5 full-time physicians, APP support, and a part-time spine surgeon
High-volume procedural practice with in-office suites and an integrated ASC
Perform a broad range of procedures with autonomy to choose your own practice and procedural mix (minimally invasive to advanced cases)
Strong referral base from PCPs, orthopedics, neurology, and in-house primary care providers
Outpatient-only model with no call responsibilities
Dedicated ASC day for each physician
Established patient flow with 250-300 new referrals monthly
Compensation & Benefits
Two-year contract with a guaranteed base year 1, tied to RVU production with top earners reaching ~$800K
Escalating RVU model with higher earning potential as production increases
ASC ownership opportunity after 2 years - ancillary income from ownership is significant!

Candidate Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Management
Comfortable performing interventional spine and pain procedures independently
Interest in building procedural volume within an outpatient setting
Team-oriented physician seeking autonomy with strong operational support
