We are seeking a skilled Retina Surgeon to become part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing advanced eye care services. Practice Overview

• You'll join a team of five physicians and three optometrists
• Work in a modern facility with access to advanced diagnostic tools
• Participate in optional clinical research through the Southwest Retinal Research Center
• Benefit from a high degree of surgical autonomy with multiple ASC partnerships

Schedule

• A four-day workweek with two days in Durango and one at a satellite location
• One dedicated surgery day per week
• Shared call responsibilities on a 1:6 rotation, phone-based with no hospital rounds
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $500,000 - $600,000
• Incentive model with 35% of net collections over threshold
• Two-year partnership track with ownership opportunities

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
• Experience in vitreoretinal surgery preferred
• Eligible for licensure in both Colorado and New Mexico
• Comfortable with high patient volume and diverse surgical cases
