Pediatric Surgery Associates is expanding and we're looking for a pediatric surgeon to help shape what comes next.
We're not a hospital-employed group. We’re not owned by private equity.
We’re an independent, physician-owned practice at a genuine inflection point: expanding our footprint across two hospital systems and building the kind of programs that don't yet exist anywhere else in the region.

What You'll Do
- Practice the full spectrum of pediatric surgery — neonatal, minimally invasive, foregut and colorectal, oncology, ECMO, and general pediatric procedures
- Provide pediatric trauma coverage at Sunrise Children's Hospital, an ACS Level 1 Adult Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
- Operate across two major hospital systems (Sunrise Children’s Hospital and Summerlin Hospital) with meaningful case volume and real clinical autonomy
- Share equally in a balanced three (possibly four) surgeon call schedule, built for sustainability, not survival

Who We're Looking For
A board-certified or board-eligible pediatric surgeon who is technically excellent, comfortable with autonomy, and wants to be a builder.

Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery residency
- Completion or planned completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Surgery fellowship
- Board certification or Board eligibility in General Surgery and Pediatric Surgery by the American Board of Surgery
- Eligibility for unrestricted Nevada medical license
- Active or eligible DEA registration
- Eligibility for hospital privileges at Sunrise Hospital, Summerlin Hospital and other hospitals where Pediatric Surgery Associates will serve patients
