Description
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Surgery, Division of Vascular Surgery, is currently recruiting for a faculty member. Applicants must have a medical degree. Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience. Candidates must have completed a General Surgery Residency and Vascular Surgery Fellowship or an Integrated Vascular Residency Program. Candidates must be American board certified or board eligible in Vascular surgery and eligible for a Texas Medical License.
Successful candidates will be committed to patient care, resident, fellow and medical student education and scholarly activity that advance clinical medicine. Completion of a Vascular Surgery Fellowship is also required. Applicants will practice in new state of the art hospital facility at Parkland Health Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a vascular surgeon to join a busy academic practice.
