Northwell Orthopedics is currently seeking a BE/BC fellowship trained Orthopedic Joint Surgeon to join our department and clinical team in Jackson Heights in Queens, NY. Candidates fluent in Spanish are encouraged to apply.
Surgical work will be based at Long Island Jewish Forest Hills (LIJFH) in Queens, NY. LIJFH is a 312-bed community teaching hospital that provides inpatient medical and surgical care, intensive care, and women’s health services. The hospital is designated as a Level II Perinatal Center and our Emergency Department is a 911 receiving site, a certified heart station, as well as a New York state-designated Stroke Center. Additionally, the Orthopedic Department holds an advanced certification in total joint replacement from the Joint Commission. Our facilities have exceptional staff using the most advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies available.

Candidate Qualifications:
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and Joint fellowship
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a physician in the State of New York
- Candidates fluent in Spanish are encouraged to apply

Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity.
