Description
Laredo Medical Center is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join our established multi-specialty group in beautiful Laredo, Texas.POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Full-time, hospital employed position (no locums or part-time)
- General orthopedics with the opportunity to incorporate other specialties, including some trauma
- Access to MAKO
- Dedicated block time with 24/7 anesthesia

- In-house inpatient rehabilitation and skilled nursing unit

- Robust onboarding, marketing, and physician outreach support
- Strong clinical and administrative support with an experienced APC staff
- Dedicated medical assistant from day one, additional support added as volume grows
- Experienced surgeons preferred, but will consider strong new graduates with the correct skill set
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible and have completed U.S. residency training
- J1 visa support is NOT available at this location
