A community hospital in West Texas is seeking a Family Medicine physician with Surgical OB training to join its well-established, collegial team. This position is built around flexibility: tailor your practice to include clinic, OB, inpatient care, and procedures in a way that aligns with your professional interests and long-term goals. Optional scopes and hospitalist shifts provide additional income opportunities. The modern, hospital-connected clinic eliminates travel time and keeps your day efficient and patient-focused.

Position Highlights:
• Join a collaborative group of experienced Family Medicine, FM-OB, and OB/GYN physicians with strong APP support
• Opportunity to perform scopes and pick up optional hospitalist shifts
• Modern clinic attached to the hospital - no off-site coverage
• Guaranteed base salary of $330,000 with incentive potential to earn $450,000+
